With 23 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Brandi Schweiger is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help harness the full power of one of ILN’s most valuable assets – our people. She is dedicated to creating a robust corporate culture that promotes continuous business growth and cultivate customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best. Ms. Schweiger has grown through every stage of leadership within the HR sphere, with concentrations specifically in Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Performance Management/Employee Relations, and Talent Management/Succession Planning. Brandi is responsible for strategic initiatives and execution to develop ILN talent, improve retention and support core values of the organization that include Education/Training planning, Recruitment execution, Retention plan, Employee Benefits oversight, Employment Law Compliance, and Performance Management. She ensures the correct interpretation and implementation of federal and state labor laws, OSHA, EEO, compensation and payout requirements, pension plans, taxes, and any other laws regarding employment. An avid reader, Brandi is a mother of three young ladies and spouse to Teri. They love to travel, spend time on the water, and rabidly watch any University of Tennessee sporting event.
