Client Experience
Programming at Begin Again Institute is highly specialized and unique to any other treatment program for sexual addiction and intimacy disorders. Using our proprietary TINSA® approach to treat the root cause of addiction from a neurobiological perspective, clients will experience an intense and accelerated journey through healing.
The healing journey is more than just the day-to-day curriculum, though. It’s all an all-encompassing experience that incorporates evidence-based modalities, experiential therapies, and most importantly, connection through community.

The client experience at Begin Again Institute highly values respect of self and others. Even seemingly insignificant elements of the program are purposeful; from the cohort model (everyone arrives and leaves at the same time) and size of the group (no more than 10), to the food that’s served (equal parts prepared by our in-house chef and by the men as a community) and living with a roommate (no private rooms).
The goal of the client experience during the time spent in our programs is to open up new pathways for intimacy, vulnerability and real connection. Shame has kept the men in our program isolated and devoid of authentic relationships. This is the place where they will learn to connect again – or in some cases, for the first time ever.
Our Campus
The 14-day Intensives for Begin Again Institute are conducted at our offices in Longmont, Colorado. The facilities includes a sizable historic home which once served the community as a thriving Victorian bed and breakfast. Now the facilities also include group rooms and private offices where therapeutic work is conducted.
