Natalie Bigler

Natalie is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and a Certified Partner Coach Candidate (CPC-C) with the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS), where she receives ongoing mentoring and front-line training in the evolving field of betrayal trauma.

With over 20 years of personal recovery and thousands of hours of professional coaching, Natalie brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work. She understands the complex impact of betrayal trauma and offers a gentle, trauma-informed space where partners can feel supported as they reclaim clarity, stability, and connection.

Natalie blends lived experience with extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, DBT/CBT, somatic approaches, and Brainspotting (Level 2). She is also a certified Therapeutic Art Coach, a trained Full Disclosure Guide, and has significant experience in grief recovery. Her evidence-based, neuroscience-informed approach fosters meaningful, lasting healing from the inside out.

She has facilitated full therapeutic disclosures, betrayal-healing groups, and experiential intensives. Through her holistic and partner-sensitive approach, Natalie helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate relationships grounded in intimacy, connection, and emotional safety.
