Raina Hampton

MA, LPCC, MFTC
Partner Clinical Coordinator

Raina Hampton holds an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently pursuing dual licensure in Colorado. With over 25 years of experience working with adolescents through Young Life, Raina's desire to deepen her understanding of storywork, neurobiology, the nervous system and attachment theory led her to pursue a counseling degree to better support clients on their life journeys.

Since joining the Begin Again Institute in January 2025, Raina has passionately focused on helping betrayed partners heal using a trauma-informed approach. Her training includes right-brain modalities such as Brainspotting, experiential therapies like art therapy and Internal Family Systems, and she integrates Polyvagal theory into her client work. Additionally, she has received training in Gottman therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Systems Theories.

Raina is committed to establishing a secure, supportive, and genuine atmosphere where clients feel comfortable exploring their narratives with vulnerability. Her emphasis on enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation facilitates meaningful change. Her therapeutic style is integrative, drawing upon a variety of techniques to empower clients in reaching their objectives.
