Therapist
Seth’s work goes beyond the clichés of therapy. He meets men in the honest, often uncomfortable space where real change actually happens—facing the patterns that keep them stuck in disconnection, shame, or performance.
His background in wilderness therapy, work as a family therapist at The Meadows, and training in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy, shape a style that uniquely works for men in it’s grounded care, and firm directness towards the truth of relational integrity.
In group, Seth challenges and supports clients to tell the truth, stay present, and take responsibility for how they show up—with themselves, their partners, and other men.
Working with intimacy disorders, Seth believes in the healing power of group processes to address shame and defenses and foster accountability, true power, and connection. His work blends family systems therapy, Relational Life Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt.
Seth graduated from University of Colorado- Boulder in 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies and then received a Masters in Social Work from Case Western University in 2024, with a certificate in Trauma-Interventions and Systems Change. His passion for this work comes with the belief in the impact of relational men in their family system, community, and planet.
