Give Us a Call
Ryan, Dave, and Heather are standing by to have a confidential call with you and answer your questions about treatment.
If you found your way to this page, part of you already knows it’s time. When you contact Begin Again Institute, you talk with a Care Navigator: a real person who listens, answers your questions, and helps you understand your options. There’s no pressure or judgment, and it’s completely confidential.
Free and confidential. Call (720) 702-4608.
We’ll reach out discreetly, whenever it works for you.
Nothing you share goes anywhere else.
Our Care Team has heard it all, and we believe people can change.
A call is just a call. There’s no obligation or commitment.
You’re not routed through a generic admissions department when you reach out to Begin Again Institute. You’re connected with a Care Navigator, one person from our Care Team who stays with you from your first question to your first day of treatment, and throughout your time as an alum. Each Care Team Navigator receives specialized training, with an emphasis on compassionate and helpful communication.
Your Care Navigator will:
You don’t need to have the right words for what you’re going through. That’s what we’re here for.
Taking the first step is the hardest part, and from there we make it simple. Here is what to expect from your first call to your first day, so you always know what comes next.
Call or request a call. Your first conversation is confidential and comes with no pressure.
Your Care Navigator learns about your situation and answers every question, no matter how small.
Together, we make sure an intensive is the right fit and choose the track that fits you.
Travel, timing, and paperwork. We walk you through it all.
In as few as two weeks, you could begin a life free from guilt, shame, and secrecy.
Begin Again Institute specializes in helping men heal from sex addiction, pornography addiction, and other intimacy disorders. We offer a 14-Day Men’s Intensive and a 14-Day Christian Intensive, with dedicated virtual support for partners.
We are a specialized behavioral health program, not an inpatient medical or psychiatric facility. So that every client receives the right and safe level of care, a few things need to be true before an intensive begins. Your Care Navigator will walk you through all of this, so there is nothing you need to figure out on your own.
You are a man seeking help for sex addiction, pornography addiction, or another intimacy disorder.
You’re ready to take part. The men who get the most out of these two weeks come in willing to engage fully.
Aren’t sure if an intensive is right for you? Have more questions? That’s exactly what your first call is for. We’ll help you find the right path, whether it’s here or not.
Often the person who reaches out isn’t the one struggling — it’s the partner beside them, holding everything together and quietly looking for a way to help. If that’s you, what you’re carrying is real. And you don’t have to carry it alone.
A Care Navigator can talk through your own questions, including the hardest one: What if he won’t go? Support is here for you. And when your partner joins one of our intensives, our virtual Partner Support Program offers dedicated care for the betrayal and pain that come with loving someone through this.
For more than 15 years, Begin Again Institute has helped thousands of men and their families find their way back to a life free from sexual addiction.
Every member of our clinical team is a master’s-level, licensed therapist — and most hold advanced certifications in the exact work we do. That includes Certified Sex Addiction Therapists (CSAT), clinicians trained through the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS), and Partner Support and Advocacy Practitioners (PSAP). Our team is led by Executive Clinical Director Matt Wenger, MA, LPC, CCPS, CSAT, and Director of Programming Nate Geyer, MA, LPC, CSAT, CMAT. It means the person guiding you has built their career around sexual addiction and betrayal trauma.
From your first phone call to your final day, your story stays confidential. We hold your information to strict privacy standards, and nothing you share is disclosed without your consent. For many of the men and partners who reach out, knowing the call is completely confidential is what makes it possible to pick up the phone at all.
