Gina Kaye

Gina Kaye serves as National Outreach Specialist at Begin Again Institute, bringing both personal insight and professional expertise to her work. For decades, she has served as a leader and connector across nonprofit, academic, corporate, and faith-based sectors. Whether in a classroom, a community, or a national organization, her focus has been the same: helping people find support, healing, and a way forward.

Gina holds a BA in Health Science from Taylor University and a Master’s in Health Education from the University of Texas at Austin. With training in public health and prevention models, she has extensive experience in behavioral health, including addiction treatment and recovery, sexual health education, and relational health.

An educator and advocate at heart, Gina thrives on building partnerships, convening like-minded leaders, creating events that matter, and equipping others to navigate the complexities of behavioral health work. She is especially passionate about bridging the gap between faith communities and clinical best practices so that more people can access the tools and support they need to thrive.

Based in Austin, TX, Gina enjoys life with her four children, family, and friends—and you’ll often find her at a live music show, walking the Town Lake trail, or exploring the city’s food scene.
