Dan Armstrong

Dan Armstrong spent the bulk of his career in corporate I.T. along the I-95 corridor, holding positions at Fortune 100 and Fortune 50 companies. That professional foundation, combined with his own lived experience as a BAI graduate, gives him a perspective few outreach specialists can offer.

Dan completed a fourteen-day intensive at Begin Again Institute in August of 2021. That experience fundamentally changed the direction of his life. In the years that followed, he committed to his recovery and personal growth, ultimately finding his way to a role where that journey has professional purpose.

As a National Outreach Specialist, Dan connects with men who are considering the program, often at the hardest moment of their lives. He doesn’t speak to them as an outside observer. As he puts it, “I’m not just helping these men, I’m one of these guys.”

Dan joined the BAI team in January 2026 and brings both professional discipline and genuine empathy to his work every day.
