Fabio Fina

Since 2018, Fabio has committed himself to the transformative 2-week inpatient program at Begin Again Institute, guiding men toward healing from sex and pornography addiction. Drawing from his Italian upbringing, he brings a multicultural perspective that honors the complex roles men inhabit—partners, fathers, individuals—and the unique challenges they face.

 Rooted in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Fabio’s approach involves helping clients safely uncover and address emotional barriers such as suppressed feelings, shame, and self-protective detachment. In a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, he encourages men to confront their fears, embrace vulnerability, and forge authentic connections.
