Ryan Decker

Ryan has worked in mental health and addiction services for over 20 years. He began his career as a case manager for a local community mental health center before serving as an outreach specialist for an inpatient stabilization hospital. He eventually moved into an Care Navigator role, and found that his passion was connecting directly with people seeking care, and walking alongside them as they find the best healing path.

Ryan graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and History and earned a Master of Education degree from William Carey University. He lives with his wife, his teenage daughter, and their two dogs and three cats.
